Lorne S. Label, MD, MBA, FAAN is a Board Certified Neurologist trained in both traditional and integrative medicine, including medical acupuncture, meditation, and Qi Gong.
Dr. Label received his Bachelor of Arts with high honors at the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. After graduate school at University of Texas, where he researched and taught Neurobiology, he graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Dr. Label went on to complete Internal Medicine and Neurology at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. This was followed by a Clinical Neuromuscular Fellowship with W. King Engel, MD at the USC Neuromuscular Center.
In 1993, he was promoted to Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology at UCLA and has continued to staff the UCLA Neurology Clinic. He obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Healthcare Management in 1998. Dr. Label’s full-time private practice in Adult and Pediatric Neurology incorporates his Western and Eastern medical studies and has been located in Thousand Oaks, California since 1983.
